Before I embarked on this culinary journey, my hands were accustomed to different kinds of work. I spent years in the landscaping industry, where I developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the artistry of creating beautiful spaces. Then, I transitioned to a role at a car wash, where I honed my attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
However, my true calling led me to become a Low Voltage Technician, where precision and technical expertise are paramount. The skills I've acquired in this field have translated seamlessly into my BBQ craft. Just as I used to meticulously wire and connect systems, I now meticulously craft and perfect each barbecue dish, ensuring that every bite is a flavorful masterpiece.
Beyond my love for barbecue, I'm also a proud parent to a beautiful baby girl who recently celebrated her first birthday. This journey of parenthood has taught me the importance of family, joy, and creating lasting memories. These values are at the heart of our catering business. Additionally, my fiancée and I are eagerly anticipating the arrival of a baby boy very soon, which has filled our hearts with even more excitement and gratitude for the blessings of family.
